Return and Refund Policy

Returns accepted up to 30 days after date of original purchase date. No returns on any used or damaged items or accessories.  All products and accessories requesting to be returned must be in new condition, without any physical or cosmetic damage, and in original box with original packing. All returns MUST be pre-approved by FoamGenius before sending returns back. Email info@foamgenius.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code by including name, address, phone number, order number, list of item(s) to be returned, condition of item(s), along with reason(s) for return. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code clearly printed on outside of all boxes. Any item(s) shipped back to FoamGenius without a Return Authorization Codes clearly displayed on outside of all boxes will be refused and returned by shipper at customer's expense. Return shipping to be paid by customer along with a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be credited back to original form of payment only within 30-45 days.
